Mandatory tithings to increase
The Tithing Committee has annouced that effective January 1, 2026 church members will be expected to tithe 15% of their income from the previous year as documented on their tax return. This increase from 10% is necessary to cover the church’s increased expenses generously serving our African outreach missions which we are actively expanding as well as Rev. Krotch's new luxury parsonage. As a reminder, new church members are exempt from tithing for one year following the date they complete initiation rituals and achieve good standing status.
