Member benefits

The Membership Committee provides this list of benefits available to church members. These benefits are available to all members in good standing. Maintaining good standing requires continuing to me of good moral character, meeting your tithing quota each year, attending services at least once per month (in person or online), and making one visit to an active volcano each year (in person or virtual).

The new rituals include the following:

  • A $5000 payment once your membership is complete and you have completed initiation rites.
  • Authorization to attend services and events in the church compound.
  • Choir or kanikapila group membership.
  • Access to surplus laptops and other equipment donated to the church.
  • Lava viewing at Kīlauea from our special viewing area
  • Ability to participate in our mission trips and other events.
  • A $1000 payment for each new member you refer who completes membership.
